Factsheet

The Factsheet tool will assist you in making a short presentation of basic indicators of child labour in your country based on the data you have available. The objective of this tool is to create a presentation that highlights key characteristics of child labour in your country. You may choose to omit the slides that you would not like to present or that you do not have the information to complete. During the creation of your factsheet please note that you can always save your progress and return to the homescreen to preview the factsheet and later return to make any changes that you see fit.

You will be able to upload statistics on children in child labour based on the measurement framework adopted in your country, i.e., children in child labour as measured as children in economic activities (that is children working in the SNA production boundary) or children in child labour including children in economic activities and hazardous household chores (that is children working within the general production boundary).

This factsheet has been developed in line with the latest child labour measurement standards as outlined by the International Conference of Labour Statisticians’s Resolution to amend the 18th ICLS Resolution concerning statistics of child labour (ICLS/20/2018/Resolution IV) which can be found at: https://www.ilo.org/wcmsp5/groups/public/—dgreports/—stat/documents/meetingdocument/wcms_667558.pdf
